Hi, I’m Lexie Ray. I help men and women who are tired of their excuses and want to shed body fat, while building lean muscle.

I am the founder of Lexie Ray Fitness, an online training program, where I am thrilled to help men and women transform their lives for the better through the power of training, nutrition and mindset coaching.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 10 years and been in the coaching space since 2020.

I believe a healthy body and a healthy mind should take priority in your life and so, wherever I can serve you to lead you to a higher state of living, THAT is my goal.
